marriage counseling resources

Has anyone participated in a marriage skills class before getting married?
As my fiance and I are not being married in a church, we will not have any type of marriage counselling/meetings prior to getting married. I think there are a few issues that need addressed before we do get married (as is the case with most couples – nothing I think can’t be resolved).
We have a local marriage resource center that offers a class called RINGS – Real Intimacy and Growth Skills – and I wondered if anyone had ever participated in a program like this. If you did, what was your experience? Was it helpful in your relationship? Would you reccommend it?
Here is a link to the program info:

I should mention that this will be my second marriage. I got married right out of college and it was a huge mistake. I just want to do eveything possible to make sure this relationship is going to work!
Go for it. You will be better prepared than most people that take the plunge. Best Wishes.
